This policy explains what personal data top-server.net processes and your rights under the GDPR.
1. Controller
The operator of top-server.net is the data controller. Contact: at0mikmychaine@gmail.com.
2. Data we process
Account: email, display name, avatar, and provider identifiers if you use Google/Discord sign-in. Voting: IP address, a browser fingerprint and the in-game nickname you provide — used solely for anti-fraud. Transactions: coin purchases and balances (card data is handled by Stripe, never by us). Usage: privacy-friendly, cookie-less audience analytics (self-hosted Umami).
3. Purposes & legal bases
Providing the Service and your account (contract). Preventing vote fraud and abuse (legitimate interest). Processing payments (contract / legal obligation). Aggregate analytics to improve the site (legitimate interest).
4. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and preferences. Our analytics (Umami) is cookie-less and does not track you across sites, so no consent banner is required for it.
5. Recipients
We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with processors needed to run the Service: our payment provider (Stripe) and our hosting. Push notifications, if you enable them, are delivered via your browser's push service.
6. Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. Anti-fraud vote data (IP/fingerprint) is kept for a limited period needed to detect abuse. Transaction records are kept as required by accounting law.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing and to data portability. Email at0mikmychaine@gmail.com to exercise them. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).
8. Security & transfers
Passwords are hashed; access is restricted. Where a processor operates outside the EU, appropriate safeguards apply.
