Terms of Service

1. The Service

Top-Server is a directory where players discover, vote for and review game servers, and where owners list their servers for free and may purchase optional visibility features.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may sign in with email/password or a supported provider (Google, Discord).

3. Listing a server

Listing is free and published immediately, subject to moderation afterwards. You warrant you have the right to list the server and that its content (name, description, images, links) is lawful and not misleading. We may edit, hide or remove any listing that violates these Terms.

4. Voting & anti-fraud

Votes are limited per user/IP/device over a cooldown period. Any attempt to manipulate votes (bots, scripts, VPN multi-voting, incentivised fraud) is prohibited and may lead to vote removal, listing removal or account suspension.

5. Coins & payments

Coins are a virtual, in-platform credit with no monetary value and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Coins may be purchased via our payment provider (Stripe) and spent on optional features (premium, sponsorship/CPC, etc.) whose prices are set by the operator. Except where required by law, coin purchases and consumed features are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload illegal, infringing, hateful or harmful content, not to disrupt the Service, and not to access it through unauthorised automated means beyond the documented API.

7. Intellectual property

You retain rights to the content you submit and grant us a licence to display it within the Service. Top-Server's name, design and code remain the operator's property.

8. Availability & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages or for content published by users.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts or listings that breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be indicated by the date below. These Terms are governed by French law.
